The Initial Concepts
The clients wanted a fresh start in a home that felt modern, timeless, and intentionally designed. The existing structure was removed to make way for a custom new build that made the exterior brick façade its defining feature. The goal was to create a home that felt solid, warm, and architecturally grounded, while still offering open, comfortable living spaces inside.
